Finnish Biodiesel Fuels Mixed Reaction

Neste Oil, Finland’s biggest oil refiner, launched a new biodiesel blend commercially this week -- a controversial mixture of fossil fuel diesel and Neste's renewable diesel, which is based on renewable raw materials including palm oil.
